Transport: Land Day 01: Depart for Arbaminch.
Day 02: A.M. excursion to Nechisar National Park a heaven for large herds
of plains game and P.M. a motor boat journey over Lake Chamo the basking
grounds for thousands of hippos and crocodiles.
Day 03: Leave for Jinka.
Day 04: A.M. visit the Mursi tribe and P.M. game viewing at Mago NP.
Day 05: Depart for Murulle and visit Karo villages.
Day 06: A.M. excursion to Kangaten to visit, crossing the Omo River, the Bumi
tribe who like the others use scarification for cosmetic purposes. P.M. leave for
Turmi.
Day 07: A.M. excursion to Omorate to visit the Geleb (Dasanech) tribe and P.M.
visit Hammer villages.
Day 08: Drive to Konso and visit the villages. Day 09: Depart for Yabello to witness salt extracting from the Crater Lake by Borena
people.
Day 10: Leave for Wondogenet enjoying en-route coffee plantations as well as
the Sidama people.
Day 11: Easy drive back to Addis Ababa.
